  • Flwrart is not responsible for any shipping delays that may occur. Because we only distribute shipments to the transportation company, they will be responsible for delivering your kits to you.
  • We bear no responsibility for stolen shipments.
  • All shipping companies operate on business days, which are Monday – Friday. So trackers do not typically update on weekends.
  • We are not responsible for shipments sent to the incorrect address due to a typo or incorrect address provided during the purchase process.
  • We can change the shipping address on your order until the order status is still being processed, once the order status is completed, the address cannot be changed
  • If the post office delivered your package to the incorrect address, it is best to resolve the issue with them. As we have done our part to send your kit using the shipping information you provide.
  • For lost packages and packages with no update for more than 30 days, we can offer you a replacement kit as compensation once we have confirmed with the shipping company that the package was lost.

1.General

Depending on supply availability. On occasion, despite our best efforts to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, there may be a stock discrepancy and we will be unable to fulfill all of your items at the time of purchase. In this case, we will ship you the available products and contact you to determine if you would like to wait for the replenishment of the item on backorder or if you would prefer a refund.

2.Shipping Costs & Tax

3.Shipping Time

We will ship according to the order sequence, generally in 5-7 business days, but if the order is too many, the delivery time will be delayed.

4.Orders Tracking

You will be sent at least 2 emails for each order you place:

Once you’ve placed an order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details. Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email including your order number, the carrier’s information, the date and time the order was placed, the status of the order, and package tracking numbers for items that have shipped. For exact locations of your shipment, please track your items on the carrier’s official website.

5.Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find that a package has been damaged in transit, please refuse the package from the courier and contact customer service. If the package was delivered without you being present, please contact the post office in your area.

6. Cancellations

We are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been shipped if you change your mind before receiving your order. If your order has been shipped, please refer to our refund policy.
